FAQ

What is HolyPass?

HolyPass is an electronic ‘smartcard' offering discounted access to five tourist sites in Jerusalem's Old City. Learn more > http://holypass.co.il/About-HolyPass.htm

What do I get when I purchase my HolyPass?

In addition to your HolyPass, you will receive a pocket-sized tour guide with descriptions of all tourist sites you may access with your pass, as well as information on discounts, maps, and important telephone numbers.

I want to purchase HolyPass. How do I do this?

You can purchase HolyPass at tourist sites in the Old City of Jerusalem as well as at Jerusalem hotels, or for groups only - online through this website. The pass is activated only once it has been used at the first tourist site and is valid for one week from activation.

HolyPass entitles you to free admission to five sites:
two ‘main attractions' and three ‘additional' ones.
For a list of these sites, click here:
http://holypass.co.il/HolyPass-Sights.htm
In addition, you get special benefits > http://holypass.co.il/Special-Benefits.htm, and discounts at stores, restaurants and cafes > http://holypass.co.il/Shopping-and-Dining.htm

You save up to 25% on admission and other fees compared to buying tickets directly from tourist sites. See for yourself by comparing regular admission prices for adults and children listed alongside corresponding tourist sites on the HolyPass website and in your HolyPass guide. With HolyPass (NIS99 for adults, NIS50 for children), you are entitled to free entry to five Old City tourist sites (two ‘main attractions' and three ‘additional' ones) as well as a variety of other discounts and privileges at stores, attractions, restaurants and cafes. All this adds up to 25% in savings!
